A financial planner will help people reach their financial goals and dreams. They have the appropriate educational qualifications and must fulfill 80 hours in professional education every 24 months, be licensed and registered with the ASIC.

They will help with savings, investment, personal insurance, superannuation and retirement. They will provide strategic financial advice, unravel complex situations and find solutions to financial problems helping clients meet their financial goals.
Note: some planners will have restrictions with their licenses and will have limits with advice.
