Associate

Karla Calleja is an Associate who plays an essential role in supporting clients, advisers, and our administration team throughout the financial advice journey. Working alongside adviser Brent Kelly, Karla attends client meetings, prepares file notes and advice plans, collaborates with our paraplanner, and assists clients with their queries to ensure advice is implemented accurately and remains on track.

Karla has been connected to the financial services industry since 2019, beginning her experience in an accounting practice during school holiday breaks. This early exposure sparked her passion for the advice industry and led her to return in 2023 as a Client Service Officer for a financial advising firm while completing her studies at university.  Since graduating in 2025 with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Financial Advisory, Karla has continued to advance her career and is now completing her professional year to become a qualified financial adviser. Karla brings a strong understanding of the advice process and is passionate about building meaningful client relationships, helping people gain clarity around their financial position, and guiding them toward their long‑term goals through thoughtful, strategic advice. 

Outside the office, Karla enjoys Pilates, spending time with family and friends, reading, and diving into the latest craft trends. Karla is deeply committed to improving financial literacy and believes that great advice is built not only on sound strategy but on truly listening to clients, understanding what matters most to them, and ensuring they feel heard and supported.
