Operations Manager

Haydn is the Operations Manager at Kelly Wealth, supporting advisers by ensuring advice is delivered efficiently, compliantly, and with a high standard of care. His primary responsibility is working closely with financial advisers to streamline processes, enhance client experiences, and support the delivery of high‑quality financial advice. Haydn specialises in adviser support, with a strong focus on operational effectiveness, workflow improvement, and continuous refinement of internal systems.

Haydn holds a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration and is currently completing his Master of Business Administration, strengthening both his strategic and people-focused leadership capability.

At Kelly Wealth, Haydn has played a vital role in operational and cultural growth, contributing to the firm’s nomination for People Management and Client Service awards at the 2022 Cairns Business Excellence Awards, and being Finalists in the National Independent Financial Adviser awards. Haydn has also been named as one of the 17 Young Professionals helping to shape Cairns’ Future in the James Cook University and Cairns Chamber of Commerce 2026 Emerging Leaders Program.

Outside of work, Haydn enjoys creative pursuits such as pottery, caring for his aquatic fish setups, and unwinding with post-apocalyptic shows and movies. He is also actively involved in charity initiatives and advocacy for inclusive workplaces.
